The app detects vehicles (including police), pedestrians, traffic, roadwork, potholes and accidents and sends relevant information to other drivers, helping dissipate road congestion faster. It processes 100 times more data than any other navigation app and it’s constantly on the lookout for road changes to automatically share with the network of connected drivers thus routing traffic more effectively than ever before. The app uses either the smartphone’s camera or any existing dash camera connected via USB to the smartphone.The app analyzes what the camera is capturing and scans the road for problems.All problems are detected and reported automatically or manually. Traffic congestion are avoided more effectively than with any other solution currently on the market. **We developed:** \- machine learning / computer vision neural networks that interpret the road as seen by smartphone cameras \- we trained the neural networks on 100 TB of images and videos to identify various objects on the road that are of interest \- we encapsulated these into a mobile app is custom technology which was faster than the available solutions on the market in terms of processing the video. \- we incorporated a mapping provider that would allow us to change routes based on specific segments of the roads which needed to be avoided. We have also run live tests comparing Google Maps, Atlas Navi, Waze and others to showcase differences. Blockchain Development: We are in the final stages of integrating the wallet connect feature in the mobile apps so users can link the wallets from which they will buy $NAVI tokens to their app account + NFTs owned + rewards etc. Smart contract is also being worked on in the next few weeks followed by an audit from Certik. NFT Licensing: We have secured licenses for over 350 3D models of realistic vehicles with real life brands through a licensing company. Intellectual Property: We are in the process to file a number of intellectual property patents in the US and EU for the technology developed. We are working with two law firms in the US for this and expect to have preliminary patents issued in the next few months. (this means the patent is under review for a couple of years but allows protection of our ideas 6 years prior to the application and after applying). We're building something drivers all over the world WANT. Navigation apps haven't innovated, are stuck in their old ways. We looked at what people want, need and what they keep asking for on other competitors' forums: \- People are still stuck in traffic and spend an enormous amount of time in their cars. \- They want quicker routes, they want to see what's happening and why traffic is building up. - They also want to record their road trips, for fun (to share with family) or for insurance purposes if anything bad happens. \- They want to go on group road trips and be able to see where everyone is on the map and follow them, as well as communicate with each other through voice (walkie-talkie) messages. \- And they want to see the power of A.I. in their own hands. \- They want to own a digital NFT asset of the car they drive, or their dream car. And just like in reality, they want that car to be rare, if it's to be expensive. They want to change its colour and be seen by their friends on the map. \- they want offline maps, 3D building renderings \- fleet managers want to dispatch drivers, follow them on the map in real time, get detailed statistics (including Driver Scores), communicate any changes to them and have a video log of them driving in case a dispute is arising. We also looked at what vehicle OEMs want (and discussed with them extensively): \- most want to sell digital products (vehicles) but lack a good platform to do so. The one that makes the most sense is a navigation app: others can see what type of car you have, how rare it is, how much it cost and what it's valued at. \- they want to make extra revenues and jump on the NFT bandwagon \- they want to connect with their potential fans / buyers more: a) BMW asked us to add links in their NFTs so that the user can book a testdrive for that particular model at the user's closest BMW dealership. b) they want to invite people who buy multiple NFTs of their brand to Auto Shows, vehicle launches and experience days (Land Rover). c) they want to keep a certain rarity to their models, just like in real life. Atlas Navi addresses all these and more. Regarding the innovation aspect there are ways nowadays to analyze video data in real time from smartphone cameras or dash-cams, on the phone itself. Multiple neural networks can detect everything from potholes, police cars, accidents, road closures, traffic in each lane, available parking spaces and more. The amount of data collected through constant video analysis (Atlas Navi) versus 1% of users' reporting something manually (Waze) is staggering and we have a great chance of routing drivers on better, faster and safer roads than any other navigation apps. We are 0 to 1 innovators, everyone else who has built a navigation app in the past 10 years has only been copying the leaders in the space. # Business model 1\. Premium features ($4.99 - $24.99/mo) - 5% of users: Cloud Video Storage, Group Trips, Live Streaming, Predictive Maintenance, Alerts. Fleet accounts (2% of users): job allocation & status, tracking, Driver Score. 2\. 3D Vehicle NFT sales, rentals, upgrades, repairs; % marketplace fees. 3\. **Revenues:** 1\. NFT Sales – we assume that all NFT sales will ultimately be paid out in rewards (a driver who buys an NFT wants to recoup his money and make a profit). We spread these over the next 12 months in the budget although this may vary from one individual to another. No revenue from NFT sales will ultimately show up as profit, that is our assumption. 2\. PRO features – the backbone of our revenue streams. We assume 2-5% of users will opt for some form of premium subscription with an average of $9.99 / month (net of App Store fees). 3\. Smart Cities – represent an additional, sizeable income, however it’s unlikely to be substantial in the first 3 years until we reach a large mass of drivers and these partnerships are formed (although we do have experience with working with these entitities). 4\. NFT Value Sinks – represented by necessary or optional expenses made by drivers to „keep their virtual car in shape” – refueling, maintenance, upgrades. These will delay or diminish the reward value and are counted as revenue for Atlas Navi. 5\. NFT rentals or re-sale commissions: due to scarcity, users will rent an NFT to earn rewards from driving with a 25% commission to Atlas Navi. Re-sale commissions can go as high as 10% of the resale value of an NFT with the potential of earning a multiple of the initial price paid for it during its lifetime. 6\. Fleet accounts: another important revenue stream for Atlas Navi. The cost for extra fuel is set at 80% of the reward rate that those miles would bring, meaning that said driver will always earn more even if he / she fills up all the extra fuel all the time. Make sure to pay attention to the conversion rate of MILE-to-NAVI as extra fuel can only be purchased with NAVI tokens. \ \ Moving up through the Levels allows a driver to earn more than when that vehicle was at 100% reward rate. A vehicle's metrics are described as below: **FUEL:** Just like in real life, a vehicle with Atlas Navi needs fuel to be driven and earn. Without fuel, there are no rewards earned, however this does not impact the functioning of the navigation app in general. Therefore, a vehicle NFT will stop earning when there is no fuel left. Fuel is deposited into two main tanks. There is the **MAIN tank**, which is **FREE** and regenerates every X hours and there is a **PAID**, called **EXTRA FUEL TANK**, which is optional. **MAIN FUEL TANKS:** the capacity of a vehicle's fuel tank generated free every few hours according to the Main Tank Refuel Duration (hours) column in the table specific to each NFT collection. \ \ **Main Tank Refuel Duration:** Represents the number of hours in which the main tank generates X% of free fuel. For Beltoise BT01, this is set at 6 hours regardless of Level. \ **Main Tank Refuel %:** Represents the percentage (%) at which the Main Tank gets refilled every X hours. In the case of Beltoise BT01, this is set at 25% every 6 hours. For more details check out:
**EXTRA FUEL TANKS:** This is extra fuel, which has to be filled up and paid for before the start of each trip. If you run out of fuel during a trip, **there will be no warning** and you will stop earning $MILEs until you refuel. At the moment there is no visual indicator of the remaining fuel during a trip although this is being worked on. Extra fuel allows a NFT to progress faster through the Levels (see below) and attain higher Reward Rates for each mile. However, it is completely optional and users don't have to pay for it unless they choose to. The cost of the extra fuel will always be less than the rewards earned for that trip (in $MILEs, please be careful when converting to NAVI as different MILE-to-NAVI exchange rates can affect your profitability based on how many NAVI was paid for the extra fuel). To spend NAVI on the extra fuel, a driver has to have a positive NAVI balance. \ **How to deposit or earn $NAVI:** 1. Earning $NAVI from referrals. 2. Driving with an NFT and earning $MILEs which are then converted to $NAVI by the user. 3. Depositing $NAVI from a MetaMask wallet directly in the app. **(no exchange wallets, your NAVI will be lost!!!)** 4. Buying $NAVI with in-app purchase directly in the app. This is the most expensive option as the price includes the commission for the App Stores (15-30%) but it is the most convenient one. We do not add a commission to this, we just add Apple's and Google's commission on top of the exchange rate between USDT / NAVI from KuCoin.com. **REWARDS LEVELS:** This represents the reward level for the vehicle. \ For the Beltoise BT01 NFTs for example, the reward Level 1 starts at 100%, meaning that the driver is getting 100% of the miles credited for each trip. At Level 2, the reward grows to 102%, at Level 20, the reward level is 155% and so on, meaning that the driver is actually receiving a bonus the more he drives and earns MILEs. A vehicle rises through the Level only be earning MILEs. Different "Mileage" values are needed to attain different Levels. A driver cannot stop or pause a vehicle from accumulating MILEs and rising through the levels. Future NFTs might be cheaper and start at a reward rate that can be below 100%. **Very important:** Just like in real life, after a certain mileage and once it hits Level 30, a vehicle's **reward rate drops significantly**. **In the case of Beltoise BT01, this drops to 30% at Level 30**. Please be extremely careful when buying a "used" NFT and pay attention to its level. **MILEAGE needed:** Similar to real vehicles, mileage is accumulated for each NFT you own. Mileage is what allows a vehicle to move from one Level to the next, increasing the reward rate with each level (except the last). Only MILEs earned contribute to the vehicle's mileage. Please check the Beltoise BT01 NFT attributes to get a better understanding of their earnings potential. \
# Token Utility a) Premium features of the Atlas Navi Drive 2 Earn app: Users can use the navigation free of charge, with some premium, optional features. Premium features can be paid with fiat (USD) subscriptions or crypto / $NAVI tokens. If paid in FIAT, we will convert all these revenues in $NAVI tokens, buying from the open market for the same value as the fiat received that day. If user already has $NAVI, they can pay with them for the premium features. b) Drive 2 Earn Rewards: Users have to purchase vehicle NFTs with $NAVI if they want to earn rewards for each mile that they drive. Since available $NAVI supply will be very limited in the beginning due to the aggressive vesting schedule with daily linear release over 18 months, users will have to buy $NAVI on the open market to be able to buy NFT vehicles. This will push the price of $NAVI upwards even after listing and long after it. c) Rewards are counted in miles driven, as points in the app. They have a stablecoin like value: eg. first 10 million miles have a reward of 0.05 / mile, next 10 million miles have 0.025 / mile and so on. They can be exchanged for $NAVI inside the app whenever the user wants, based on the best $NAVI price available that day.
